Each courier has its own restrictions, but generally, you cannot ship:
Cash crops (e.g. rice, beans, cocoa, palm oil)
Meat and meat products (e.g. pomo, kilishi)
Dairy (milk, cheese)
Perishable foods
Alcohol, perfumes, aerosols
Money (cash, cheques, bank deposits)
High-value items (e.g. Rolex, diamond rings, gold)
Sharp objects or weapons
Always check specific courier restrictions before booking.
To arrange a delivery, you need to create an account. Once your account is set up, you can "Book shipment" on the dashboard and follow the steps to provide a pickup, delivery address and further details on the items in your package, make payment and wait for the courier to pick up the package.

Yes. Couriers calculate costs based on either:
Actual weight or
Volumetric weight (based on the size of the package).
Larger boxes may cost more, even if they’re lightweight, because they occupy more space. Use compact packaging to avoid extra charges.
